Alliance reenactment drama: rural land nobody would take
A 79-second drama about a mother who could not tell her daughter about a plot of rural land that would not sell, until a judicial scrivener connects her with Koyama of a real estate company and the change of title is completed
Narration and on-screen text are in Japanese. The sections below describe the video in English.
How it was made: Images of the people and scenes were made with image generation AI (Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2.1) and animated with video generation AI (Kling v3). Mouth movements matching the lines were added with OmniHuman v1.5 and lipsync-2. Koyama's voice was made from a recording of a business meeting with Koyama's consent (MiniMax), the other characters' voices were made with speech generation AI (Gemini TTS), and sound effects and music with generative AI (ElevenLabs), and everything was finished in editing (no filming)

The 79 seconds
0–14 s: The daughter jokes, "Mom, don't leave me anything weird to inherit," and the mother's hand stops. Out of the closet comes the contract for a plot of wilderness in Yamanashi she bought during the bubble years.
14–31 s: A real estate company turns her down. At night she looks up the national program on her phone, only to learn it applies to inherited land alone.
31–48 s: She consults the judicial scrivener she knows. The scrivener says, "There is someone who is happy to take on complicated rural property," and makes a call.
48–57 s: Koyama of Alliance takes the case, saying, "We are the last place to turn for rural property."
57–70 s: The land is taken on and the change of title is completed. The mother breathes a sigh of relief.
70–79 s: Koyama explains at a whiteboard the role of standing between specialists and connecting them. The mother heads out to a concert she loves, and the video ends on a screen with the company name and contact details.
Materials used and the checks on record
- Supplied materials
- Koyama's photo and the recording of a business meeting the voice was made from.
- Where the materials came from
- Koyama's face was generated from Koyama's photo. The other people and the scenes are reenactments made with image generation AI and video generation AI, and the consultation route, lines and scenes are dramatized.
- Checks on record
- Koyama's consent to the use of Koyama's photo and voice.
- What we did
- We do not show documents with readable amounts or government notices, and we do not suggest that every property can be taken on. The video carries the on-screen note "This is a reenactment. Costs and whether we can take on a property depend on the land".
Landscape and portrait
The portrait version was made by cropping the landscape footage around the face of whoever is speaking. The lines and audio are the same as the landscape version.
- Cropping
- Each cut is cropped around the face of whoever is speaking. For the whiteboard scene, the landscape frame sits in the center with blurred fill above and below
- Text
- Subtitles are up to 16 characters per line. The end screen was rebuilt for portrait
