• Pages visited, referrer category, browsing and interaction history, device and browser information, IP address, and identifiers such as cookies

How we use it

Outsourcing and disclosure to third parties

We use HubSpot to receive and manage inquiries, communicate with you, and book meetings. The information and consents you enter in the form, the page you sent it from, and the referrer category are sent to HubSpot.

When we outsource the handling of personal information to other businesses as needed for these purposes, we supervise them appropriately. Except where required by law or similar cases, we do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent.

When personal data is handled in another country, we take the necessary protective measures after understanding that country’s rules. Where this counts as provision to a third party in a foreign country, we provide the required information, obtain consent, or take other measures permitted by law. Analytics and ad measurement

This site uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags. For analytics and ad measurement, information such as pages viewed, interaction history, device information and cookies may be sent to external services. The event that records a successful form submission does not include the name, email address or message you entered.

You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the site may not work with certain settings.

Security and retention

To prevent unauthorized access, leaks, loss and alteration, we take security measures including access control, permission management, protected communications, log review and supervision of contractors. We keep personal information only as long as needed for these purposes and, unless the law requires us to keep it, delete or anonymize it once it is no longer needed. We explain our security measures in more detail through the office below, except where disclosure would undermine security.

Requests for disclosure and inquiries

The office below accepts requests to notify the purpose of use of retained personal data, disclose, correct, add to or delete it, stop using or erase it, stop providing it to third parties, or disclose records of third-party provision, as well as complaints and questions about how we handle personal information.

After confirming, as needed, that you are the person concerned or their representative, we respond without delay in accordance with the law. Before starting the procedure, we explain how we verify identity, how we will respond, and any fee and how to pay it. If we cannot meet a request, we explain why. Please do not send identity documents before we ask for them.

Stopping marketing messages

You can stop receiving information about our products and services by using the unsubscribe method in the email or by contacting the office above. We may still contact you to answer your inquiry or as needed for a contract or transaction.

Changes to this policy

We revise this policy as laws, our services and other circumstances change. We announce important changes on this site or by other means, and obtain your consent where the law requires it.
