How we turn documents into video

Text in the document becomes action on screen

We do not read the document aloud; we turn it into scenes. For the real estate company Alliance, one line in their 6-page sales deck, “no more meeting handouts”, became a scene where the paper disappears and everyone holds the meeting looking at the same board.

Training materials are split by chapter

Long training materials become one 60–90 second video per chapter rather than one long video. Viewers can rewatch only the chapter they need, and when content changes only that chapter is remade.

Screens, numbers and logos match the document

Screens, product names, numbers and logos from your document are not left to AI. We build them in code and composite them into the footage, so the video and the document say the same thing.

FAQ

Can you turn long documents such as training materials into video?

Yes. We split them into one 60–90 second video per chapter. The price depends on the number of videos: $1,000 per video, or $2,700 for a set of 3 (excl. tax). We quote 4 or more.

Does lip sync cost extra?

No. Lip sync, which matches mouth movement to the voice, is included. We use a real person’s face or voice only with that person’s permission.

What is the difference between major and minor revisions?

A major revision turns it into a different video, such as changing the structure or switching from a live-action look to animation; one is included. Minor revisions are changes to text, colors or swapped-in materials, or adjustments to timing; two are included. One round can cover several fixes at once.

Will our documents and materials be used to train AI?

No. We do not use your logos, product photos, documents or any other materials you give us to train AI.

Who owns the copyright in the finished video?

We transfer to you any copyright we hold in the finished video on delivery. If we want to show it as one of our case studies, we ask for your permission separately.

How and when do we pay?

Clients outside Japan pay by credit card through Stripe, and the card is charged immediately. Prices are in US dollars; if your card uses another currency, your card issuer converts the amount. Clients in Japan can also pay by bank transfer (invoiced at month-end, due by the end of the following month).
