How we research comparisons
These rules apply to every page under Compare.
- Who writes them
- Hikaru Sato, CEO of Shian Inc., which runs FablessBridge. These pages compare our own service with others, so we have a stake in the result; we say so here and on each page.
- How we research
- We read each company’s official website and official announcements on the date shown on the page and record what they say. We have not requested documents, asked for quotes or ordered from them; if we ever do, the page will say so.
- How we write
- Prices and numbers are written as published, including whether tax is included. Items a company does not mention are marked “not stated”, never “not offered”. We keep rows where the other company is better. We do not use words like “No. 1” or “cheapest”.
- Records
- For each claim we keep the source URL, the plan it applies to and the date checked in our research notes before it goes on a page.
- Updates
- Head-to-head pages are rechecked every three months. When prices or terms change, we revise the affected text as well as the date.
- Corrections
- If something is wrong or out of date, including about your own company, please tell us through the contact page. We will check and correct it.
