90 seconds that move through the problem, the first step, the worries, the diagram and the price

How it was made: The two line-art characters, the diagram, the price card and the logo were all drawn in HTML, SVG and CSS and rendered frame by frame in the browser. No generative AI was used. The music and sound effects are free tracks we already had, and there is no narration, so on-screen text carries the message

Overview

Two line-art characters explain the story from the problem to the price, step by step.

Subject
The service “Genba Matome”, which sorts site photos and documents by site (fictional)
Flow
The problem, the first step (send one photo), the worries (hard, expensive, will it last), the diagram (shoot, sort, search), the price and the logo, in that order
Characters
The head of a construction company and an office worker. They are told apart by hair, clothes and props and look the same in every scene

Materials used and the checks on record

Supplied materials
None. The service name, the prices and the site names are fictional.
Where the materials came from
The characters, diagram, cards and logo were all drawn in code. No photos or outside image materials were used.
Checks on record
On the finished video, the length is 90 seconds, the frozen time is 0.0% and the loudness is −16 LUFS. We looked at stills to confirm that the two characters keep the same hair, clothes and props in every scene.
What we did
Flying photos were cut off at the top of the screen and overlapped the frame, so we reduced how high they rise. The two characters' arms touched, so we moved them apart. The logo was off center and the boss's hand overlapped the folder, so we fixed the layout.
