How to Choose an AI Video Production Company
What to compare when choosing an AI video production company: samples, what the price covers, revisions and rights, with FablessBridge's terms as an example.

More and more companies now produce AI videos, but even at the same "price per video", the work and the revisions included differ from company to company.
We have grouped the points worth comparing before requesting quotes into samples, pricing, revisions, rights, and use after delivery. Each section lists the terms of our company, FablessBridge, as an example. This article does not rank companies.
As an example, FablessBridge's terms are $1,000 (excl. tax) per 60–90 second video, up to 1 major revision, and delivery in as few as 5 business days from the briefing (as of October 2026).
Five points to check when comparing AI video production companies
- 01Whether the samples are in-house samples or client projects
- 02How much of the length, number of videos, orientation, narration and music the price covers
- 03How many revisions are included, and where extra charges begin
- 04Which generative AI tools are used, and what you should check before publishing
- 05Whether they can handle the formats and additional production needed for ads or landing pages
Check whether AI video samples are in-house samples or client work
AI video portfolios mix in-house samples the company planned itself with client work commissioned by customers. In-house samples are useful for seeing the range of styles, but they do not show how the company responded to a client's requests and revisions.
Checking these three points when viewing samples makes it easier to picture results close to your own project.
- 01Whether each piece is clearly labeled as an in-house sample or client work
- 02Whether it says which parts of the footage, voice and music were made with AI
- 03Whether you can see what was changed from the first cut to the final cut
On FablessBridge's case study pages, each piece is labeled as an "in-house sample" or "client work", along with the generative AI tools and production method used. For our 90-second "Cosmetics PR" video, which the author handled from planning through revisions, we show the first and final cuts together and explain how we fixed the bird's movement in the opening, the on-screen text, and the song and ambient sound.
The scene where orders increase is part of the story. It is an in-house sample using a fictional product and store, not a client's actual sales results.
Write out what the AI video production price covers
Before comparing amounts, line up what each quote includes under the same items. The biggest differences tend to be in length, number of videos, orientation, number of revisions and delivery time.
FablessBridge's basic pricing is as follows (as of October 2026).
- Price
- $1,000 (excl. tax) per 60–90 second video
- Orientation
- Either landscape (16:9) or portrait (9:16)
- Revisions
- Up to 1 major revision
- Delivery
- As few as 5 business days from the briefing
The price covers everything from the script and storyboard to footage, narration and music, and no filming is needed.
A 15-second video is $500 and a 30-second video is $700 and delivering in both landscape and portrait formats adds $100 per video. Videos over 90 seconds, a landing page featuring the video, and ad placement and management are quoted separately. Ad spend is billed separately.
Depending on the quote, narration or music may be charged separately. Ask each company to state in its quote what is included and what costs extra, then rearrange the quotes under the same items to see the differences.
Agree on the number of revisions and what counts as a "major revision" first
AI video changes slightly every time it is regenerated. Confirming not only the number of revisions but also how big a change counts as one revision prevents misunderstandings about extra charges.
At FablessBridge, a revision that turns the video into something entirely different, such as changing the structure or switching from a live-action style to an anime style, is called a "major revision", and up to 1 is included in the $1,000 (excl. tax) price per video (as of October 2026). We also finalize the content in the script and storyboard before production to reduce major revisions after completion.
Ask which generative AI tools are used and how commercial use is checked
How material made with generative AI can be used depends on the terms of each tool. Ask the production company which generative AI tools it uses, so your legal team can review them.
Another check before publishing is whether any faces or voices resemble real people, or whether other companies' trademarks or products appear in the video.
FablessBridge publishes the names of the generative AI tools it uses in the "AI tools we use" section of the service page and in the FAQ. We place no restrictions of our own on use in ads, social media or landing pages, but because the video contains AI-generated material, we ask that the client's legal team also review it before publishing.
For ads or landing pages, specify length and orientation up front
When a video is used in ads, the suitable orientation and length depend on the platform. Landscape suits YouTube and landing pages, while portrait suits Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Several shorter 15- or 30-second versions are sometimes used as well.
If you already know how the video will be used, mention it at the first consultation so the lengths and number of videos can be quoted together. Ordering 3 or more videos at once takes 10% off the total. FablessBridge also accepts landing page production featuring the video and ad placement and management as custom work. We do not guarantee reach, views or sales growth.
What to prepare before requesting a quote
- 01Your product or service URL, photos and documents
- 02What you want the video to communicate, and who you want to see it
- 03Where the video will be used (social media, ads, landing page, etc.)
- 04When you want to publish
You can consult with us even if not everything is decided. Giving several companies the same information makes it easier to compare their quotes under the same items.
