How it was made: Footage of Koyama speaking was generated from Koyama's photo with OmniHuman v1.5, and the narration used a voice made from Koyama's recordings with Koyama's consent (MiniMax). The client case scenes were made with image generation AI (Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2.1) and video generation AI (Kling v3), with BiRefNet for background removal and generative AI (ElevenLabs) for music and sound effects, and everything was finished in editing (no filming)

Audience
People in their 40s to 60s who inherited real estate from their parents, and licensed professionals who handle inheritance consultations
Where it is used
YouTube, networking events and briefings for licensed professionals. With subtitles, it gets the message across even when played muted
Approach

Length and format
One 87-second video each in landscape 16:9 and portrait 9:16

The 87 seconds

0–11 s: Koyama, facing the camera, says "When you sell your family home, don't decide with just one company" and gives a self-introduction.

11–31 s: The client case. A bank the client does business with recommends selling the inherited family home, and through a tax accountant's referral the client comes to Koyama for advice.

31–45 s: The heading "Auction format". The property details are sent to more than 300 buyout companies at once for bids, and a bar chart shows the price came in $100,000 above the bank's offer.

45–64 s: The client, who had been unsure, decides to sell, and the clear-out moves ahead in parallel with a partner estate-clearing company, checking what to keep and what to sell.

64–79 s: A diagram of Koyama standing between a judicial scrivener and a tax accountant and connecting them. The sale closes and leads to the next consultation.

79–87 s: Koyama's closing line facing the camera, then a screen with the company name, contact details and disclaimer.

Landscape and portrait

The portrait version is not a crop of the landscape one. We rebuilt the layout from the same assets and timeline, with no new generation.
