Notion × AI deal management explainer for real estate
An 89-second video showing deal information scattered across email, Excel and people's heads being gathered in Notion, with paperwork handed to Claude Code, leading to "more deals without more staff"
Narration and on-screen text are in Japanese. The sections below describe the video in English.
How it was made: Screens and motion were built in HTML, captured frame by frame in a browser and exported. Music and sound effects were made with generative AI (ElevenLabs) (no filming; no image or video generative AI)

Overview and production conditions
- Unread emails, Excel files where nobody knows which is the latest, and deals only the person in charge knows about.
- Notion is the place everyone looks, and Claude Code is the AI that does the work.
- More deals without more staff, leading to a free 30-minute demo consultation.
- Audience
- Small real estate firms with a president and a few staff. Near the end, the video shows it also works for law offices and administrative scrivener offices
- Where it runs
- An explainer that gets the message across without Koyama having to explain it. Also used as a Zoom background
- Approach
- Motion graphics without narration. Text is typed one character at a time with a cursor
- Length and format
- One 89-second video each in landscape 16:9 and portrait 9:16
The 89 seconds, scene by scene
0–19 s: Emails with a growing unread count, Excel files where nobody knows which is the latest, and deals whose status only the person in charge knows.
19–40 s: Being out of the office with the documents left behind, preparing meeting materials every week, and overtime on appraisal reports until 10:40 p.m. The firm wants more deals but cannot add staff.
40–57 s: Notion × Claude Code. Everyone looks at one board of all deals that brings the scattered information into one place, so meeting materials are no longer needed and the same screen is available away from the office.
57–71 s: When Claude Code is asked to create an appraisal report, the work runs from reading the documents to drafting the report, and the result appears in Notion.
71–84 s: The clock goes back to 6 p.m. and the line "More deals without more staff" appears. It is a system the company uses every day in its own business, and it also works for law offices and administrative scrivener offices.
84–89 s: It closes on "See the real screens on Zoom / Free 30-minute demo" with the company name and URL.
The materials we received vs. the finished video
We built the video from Alliance's sales deck (6 pages) and official website. What the materials explain in text is turned into on-screen motion.
Showing the problem as something nobody can see
Source
Video- In the materials
- The problems are listed as four bullet points
- In the video
- An animated diagram shows deals split by person and invisible to everyone else
Turning it into a scene where meeting materials are no longer needed
Source
Video- In the materials
- "No more meeting materials" is explained with text and a photo
- In the video
- The paper documents disappear and everyone meets while looking at the same board
Seeing the same screen away from the office
Source
Video- In the materials
- Multi-device support is explained with photos and text
- In the video
- Negotiation history is added line by line to a deal page on a smartphone
Turning AI work that is not in the deck into a scene
Source
Video- In the materials
- The sales deck covers only Notion. AI appears only in text on the official website, which says the design includes AI
- In the video
- We made a scene where Claude Code is asked to create an appraisal report, the steps from reading documents to drafting run side by side, and the result goes into Notion
Placing the one-line promise at the climax of the second half
Source
Video- In the materials
- It is written as a single line at the top of the site
- In the video
- After the problems are shown, the line appears in the scene where the overtime clock goes back to 6 p.m.
Ending on the same entry point to a consultation
Source
Video- In the materials
- It says "You can see the actual app. We explain it over Zoom."
- In the video
- The final screen reads "See the real screens on Zoom / Free 30-minute demo" with the company name and URL
What we changed after the client's review
After the client reviewed the 89-second version, we changed two things.
Replacing the LINE screen with email
- Reason
- The client pointed out that LINE's terms do not allow connecting it to other systems, and asked for email, which can be connected
- Adjustment
- The opening screen became an inbox, and the LINE speech bubbles among the materials gathered into Notion were also replaced with email subject lines. An email notification sound was added
Replacing anxious music with a brighter track
- Reason
- The client pointed out that the music stirred up strong anxiety, so it did not feel like using the product would lead to a brighter future
- Adjustment
- We made three music options and compared them, then chose a warm piano piece that is calm in the first half and opens up brightly from 40 s. The sound effects are unchanged
Landscape and portrait
The portrait version is not a crop. Each scene was rearranged into a portrait layout in the same HTML and exported. The audio is the same as the landscape version.
- Screens
- We did not obtain the product screens and built them ourselves. The customer-side company name was set as "XX Realty"
- Marks
- The Notion and Claude Code marks were drawn with shapes rather than logo images, and the Alliance logo appears only at the end
